Responsibilities:
Recruitment Manager will work with and manage the Recruitment Team & Sourcing Team for client&039;s recruitment activities and internal recruitment for member companies (MIBS- Event Agency, Huge- Fam- F&B Company & Kapha- Coffee Production). Our clients are in the fields of FMCG, Retail. Preference will be given to candidates with the ability to plan recruitment strategies, budgets and manpower.
– Notify the interview results to the successful candidates;
– Participate in preparing to receive new employees, develop documents and organize integration training for new employees;
– Planning and budgeting for recruitment: Creating sources, managing candidate data, recruitment system..;
– Update and manage candidate information files, receive and screen candidate profiles, arrange candidate interview appointments;
– Directly interview candidates based on recruitment criteria;
– Synthesize, analyze and evaluate existing data sources to build a recruitment plan to meet the Company&039;s development requirements;
– Receive recruitment requests from departments in the Company, make recruitment plans, coordinate and organize the implementation of those plans;
– Participating in performing the tasks of human resource management when required, including: monitoring personnel developments, making labor contracts, drafting administrative and administrative documents as assigned. of superiors;
Requirements:
– At least 03- 04 years of experience in similar position ;
– Responsible and enthusiastic;
– Skills to create mass sources and interview skills for good Office positions (level from Executive to Manager);
– College degree or above majoring in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related majors;
– Good problem- solving ability;
– Preference will be given to candidates with the ability to plan recruitment strategies, budgets and manpower;
– Data collection, analysis and evaluation skills;
– Agility, professionalism and enthusiasm in working style;
