Prepare, update, and post job advertisements via internal channels and external job platforms.
Assist in handling end- to- end recruitment for line- level and selected supervisory roles.
Conduct initial interviews for selected positions and share recommendations with the Recruitment Supervisor or Hiring Manager.
Coordinate with Department Heads to confirm hiring needs and job requirements.
Support issuing offer letters, preparing hiring documents, and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners when needed.
Actively source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for high- turnover positions.
Support recruitment events, career fairs, and school/university partnerships.
Onboarding Support
Coordinate pre- boarding processes, including document collection, uniform fitting, and scheduling induction programs.
Conduct check- ins with new hires during their onboarding period to ensure smooth integration.
Prepare new hire welcome kits, badges, lockers, and related materials.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Ensure all Recruitment Requisition Forms (RRFs) are complete and approved.
Ensure proper filing of all recruitment- related documents.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, tracking sheets, and HR systems.
Employer Branding
Support initiatives that enhance the company’s employer branding.
Assist in organizing internal engagement or HR events that promote the employer brand.
Coordinate the creation of recruitment content (photos/cards/posts) for social media or internal platforms.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Experience
Experience in hospitality or the service industry is an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
Fresh graduates with HR internships may be considered.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/HRIS.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
Good English proficiency (spoken & written).
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Strong organization and time- management abilities.
