We are a small and fast- moving team. Therefore, we need a talent who has a customer- oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and courage to build & grow products from scratch with us.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a young dynamic person joining our HR team. Are you the one who is always willing to learn new things and dare to cope with challenges in a global fast- moving environment? You will be a key player in building our human resource team and contributing to the development of the business group.
● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews
● Oversee all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding
● Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
● Other relevant tasks following HRM’s requests
● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. platforms and professional networks)
● Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs and recruitment events
● Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
● Foster long- term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Requirements
● Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
● Proficiency in the use of popular recruitment websites, including VietnamWorks, CareerBuilder, etc.
● Fluent English with both verbal and written communication
● Hands- on experience with full- cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
● A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
● Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
● Be fast- learner, open for challenges
● At least 2 year’ professional experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role(s)
● Excellent communication skills
