Recruitment Supervisor

- Supervise all recruitment activities.
- Implement proactive sourcing techniques to build relationships with potential candidates.
- Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
- Monitor recruitment progress to meet KPIs.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent database for current and future positions
- Analyze recruitment requirements and recommend appropriate recruitment channels.
- Develop innovative activities to attract talent.
- Implement activities to enhance employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Optimize the use of job posting services to reach a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

- Age: From 27 years old- Education:+ Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.- Experience:+ At least 2 years experiences in the similar position.+ Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.- Soft skills:+ Interview skill, communication skill, time management skill, analytical skill, etc.+ Good English communication skills.
