Recruitment & Training Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment

Follow up on the interview process and update records in the internal database
Maintain database of candidate records
Release job postings on social media and career websites
Screen candidates by reviewing their resumes and job applications, and perform phone screenings
Cooperate with headhunters to hire hard- to- fill positions
Hire various positions through different channels, including but not limited to workers, office staff, and managers

Training

Coordinate training sessions for the company
Execute orientation training for new hires

Events

Coordinate events at partnership universities/ colleges (job fairs, seminars, etc.)
Execute tasks to develop the company’s images

Others

Carry out other tasks as assigned by the company
Make payments and other kinds of requests on the internal system

Working time: 7:15 – 17:00, from Monday to Friday

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in English communication and MS Office
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any related major (Human Resources, Law, Economics, Education, etc.)
At least 01 year of experience
