Recruitment & Training Staff

Recruitment:

Search candidate profiles for assigned vacancies.
Promote recruitment procedures according to company procedures.
Search, propose and work with recruitment service providers to post vacancies, ensuring efficiency and cost savings.
Carry out monthly/mid- year/year- end/emergency recruitment reports as required at the Company Office.
Check and ensure that the forms in the unit&039;s recruitment process are followed in accordance with company regulations.
Implement procedures to arrange for new employees to accept jobs.
Arrange interview schedules, participate in interviews for assigned positions, provide information and interview results to candidates, and negotiate with selected.
Support searching for candidate profiles or posting recruitment information to support company units as required.

Fluentin both written and spoken Englishat workplace
Bachelor or higher degree in Human Resources, Business/Administration Management or other relevant fields
Experience: at least 1 years working experienceas a Recruitment/Employer Branding/Training officer or equivalent combination of education and experience. Priority is given to those who have experience in mass recruitment.
Be able to: work both independently & in team, prioritize tasks andtake initiative if needed
Strong MS Office skills:word, Excel, Power point / Canva and other basic applications.
