As the Regional Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Working closely with the respective country’s commercial leads, you will play a critical role in building our brand presence and ensuring marketing success in the region. Key Responsibilities
Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive engagement and lead generation.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives and support lead conversion.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance marketing effectiveness and maximize ROI.
Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with the company&039;s overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Drive brand awareness and establish the company as a thought leader in the Edutech industry.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Competencies and Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
5- 8 years in technology marketing roles across all 360 aspects, preferably with regional marketing experience across Southeast Asia.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
Experience in the Edutech or related industries is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data.
Self- driven, hands- on, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for driving results.
