Position: Regional Sale Manager
Sales Management:
Oversee and manage sell- in and sell- out processes within the region to ensure sales targets are met.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the region.
Work with dealers and D2C stores to optimize sales performance and customer experience.
Dealer & Distribution Network:
Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance to improve sales results.
Identify, win, and onboard new dealers to expand the regional distribution network.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor national campaigns to the region&039;s specific needs.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor sales performance against targets and propose corrective actions as needed.
Provide regular sales reports and market analysis to the Head of Sales.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

The North Region (From Da Nang to the Northern)
The South Region (From Quang Nam to the Southern)
Position: Store Lead (Cửa hàng trưởng)
Achieve and exceed sales goals through store operations and effectively product pitch.
At Dat Bike Store: Be responsible for P&L at the store.
Analyze data to improve sales and customer experience at the store.
Work with the Marketing team for marketing activities at the store.
Manage customer experience at the store, providing test ride and exceptional customer service to visitors/customers.
Recruit, train, and develop employees ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner and consistently perform to company standards.
Oversee the operations and appearance of the store (opening, closing, security, cleaning, merchandising, inventory), ensuring facility maintenance and store presentation adhere to the brand standard.
At Dealer store: be responsible for sale in and sale out.
Control store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services.
Implement all operational policies and procedures to achieve the business goals.
Manage customer escalation quickly and effectively.
