Regional Sales Manager (Central & Highlands)

***This position is required have strong experienced in Cosmetic and Pharmacy industrial include GT&MT channel. Will base in Da Nang and manage all of sales activation in Central & Highlands region.
1. Set up and stabilize selling system for Pharmacy, Cosmetics Shop and Modern Trade channels in Central and Highland region
•Manage tasks of POSM display, product coverage, promotion program…
•Plan working targets for sales staffs
•Collect, analyze, evaluate market information and make recommendations and proposals
•Develop and motivate staffs in Central region.
2. Be in charge of sales targets in Central & Highlands region
3. Be responsible for implementing sales support programs
4. Manage distributors in region to guarantee execution of company policy
5. Build up and stabilize agent systems in Central & Highlands provinces
6. Work out personnel plan and using budget as required from Sales Director
7. Coordinate with Administration department in recruiting and training sales staffs to become well-qualified staffs, having ability to perform at their best potentials and execute company requirements
8. Evaluate working performances of sales staffs in Central & Highlands provinces.
9. Handle & solve customers’ complaints (if any)
10. Support Regulatory Affairs department for product registration with Ministry of Health
11. Make report to Sales Director

Essential Requirements:
- Graduated Economic University
- At least 5-10 year experiences at RSM/SM of GT (general trade) channel for foreign FMCG Company (Cosmetic & Pharmacy products)
- English business level
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Leadership skill
Desirable Requirements:
- Experiences in cosmetic or household field
