Regional Sales Manager- South Vietnam
Position: Regional Sales Manager (South Vietnam)
Location: South Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including negotiating contracts and handling major accounts.
Budget Oversight: Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost- effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a high- performing sales team, setting ambitious yet achievable targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
Regional Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue growth in South Vietnam.
Market Insight: Analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to adapt and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve results.
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of the FMCG market dynamics in South Vietnam.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
