DMS/ERP TRAINING & IMPLEMENTATION
Evaluate, analyze and make strategic proposals, development solutions, effective and positive solutions to existing and urgent problems design of marketing, distribution and sales systems."
Build, develop, and manage human resource systems and direct management resources to effectively coordinate with Distributor&039;s resources to develop and promote activities."
Build up and expand distribution system, training, and inspiration activities for the system to develop stably, sustainably, and grow.
Training and teambuilding for the system.
Implement human resources goals according to the approved plan, propose new additional plans and changes when necessary.
Training on the company&039;s internal processes, policies and compliance systems.
Ensuring the transparency of the entire system before the company and customers, partners, and distributors.
Establish and develop effective and transparent business relationships to enhance and promote marketing activities and brand recognition before customers, partners, and distributors.
Deploy, apply and comply with the company&039;s business culture and working culture => Transparency, fairness, and mutual development for common benefits.
Promote and develop distribution, sales, and brand marketing channels in parallel.
Control and identify risks and limitations of the system in the context of competition in the assigned area and territory.
Establishing capacity training processes and curriculum for the team.
Ensuring discipline and transparency of the entire system in reporting and data, internal reports and competitive situation.
Ensure the ability to lead, direct, control and evaluate throughout the system. Plan targets, goods, marketing/branding activities according to proposed plan."
Field coaching
Establish and ensure system discipline as well as a positive personal attitude, asking for advice from the system below and vice versa to ensure stability and sustainability within the assigned geographical area."
Complete monthly sales goals, marketing plans, and human resources.
Promote and maintain a reporting system for market fluctuations, competitive situations, and selling price fluctuations.
DISTRIBUTION, SALES AND MARKETTING/BRANDING STRATEGY
Expand and develop new distributors, distribution systems and promote MKT/BRANDING activities.
INTERNAL MANAGEMENT, DISTRIBUTORS/ PARTNERS & CUSTOMER RELATIONS- BUILDING AND DEVELOPING CORPORATE CULTURE
Capacity and ability to provide strategies, vision for the region and feasibility to deploy and apply on- site and/or for the new period.
PLAN MANAGEMENT
Manage budgets and budget planning for activities.
Plan and coordinate with the factory in planning production and importing raw materials and packaging.
Strictly and accurately manage and effectively use company assets, promotional gifts, and promotional items at the Distributor.
Comply with FEFO controls at distributors and points of sale.
Ensure appropriate inventory according to company standards and requirements at Distributors.
