• Manage & train Trade Consumer Team, support the Sales Team to create demand and develop market in assigned area.
• Plan, develop & review Promotion Program, Display Program and activities.
• Handle issues relating to Sales Operation in the region within the given authority.
• Develop opportunities marketing in the research, analyzing sales data and market.
• Develop & implement the branding campaign through the organization of the event.
• Accept and implement extra assignment related to the common goal of the Company.
• Build relationship with customers, explore the needs and anticipate new opportunities.
• Manage & supervise group leaders (UTM, Supervisors of Category Advisory Team, Supervisor of Trade Coordinator Team) to achieve target assigned by the Trade Consumer Department.
• Team size: 4 District Trade Manager (PG Sup), 80 CLPs
• Plan & develop Trade Consumer activities in the assigned area.
