Regulatory Affair Executive ( Đăng Ký Thuốc)

- Checking dossier of chemical drug, biotech product, herbal drug, food supplement before submitting
- Coordinate with manufactures and prepare dossier for product registration or - product import quota and submission to Regulatory authorities
- Coordinate with the trademark consultants and manufacturer for the trademark registration and updating the process
- Coordinate with the trademark lawyer and manufacturer to handle the trade mark violation or risks of violation in order to protect company products from imitation or prevent company from un-expected cost of lawsuit
- Support Marketing team in applying advertisement licenses & detail aid material printing permits
- Develop & maintain good relationship with Government Authorities & keep company updated about governmental rules and regulations that will impact on company business
- Support all Business Unit Heads in regulations
- Prepare reports as required
