*** Job Summary
• Relationship Manager- China Corporate Banking role is mainly responsible for generating maximum profits consistent with both short- and long- term objectives of the bank through sound development of potential business opportunities and maintenance of an active calling program for existing and prospective business relationships.
*** Job Description
• Understand the Bank&039;s product information and prospect customer/industry.
• Supervise and coach ARMs/CAs
• Conduct credit analysis and review credit proposals with persuasive and objective arguments.
• Be able to perform project management for partnership projects between various departments under our Bank and Client which can be IT and/or non- IT type of work.
• Visit and provide financial consultant/solution to customers.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
• Coordinate customer and related parties to ensure customer service fulfilment.
• Oversee ARM/CA on credit analysis, write- up, recommendation.
• Summarize call report.
• Establish and maintain business relationship with existing and prospective customers, including develop, manage, and monitor portfolio of large Chinese banking clients by extending appropriate banking facilities including cross- selling of corporate and retail products, with the objective to maximize the Bank&039;s profitability, business growth and ensure a quality credit portfolio.
• Execute strategies to meet individual revenue targets set by the Bank and maximize the Bank&039;s profitability.
• Establish and maintain business relationship with existing and prospective customers, who need financial services by extending appropriate banking facilities including cross- selling of corporate and retail products, understanding and trust; works to establish his/her role as a trusted advisor.
• Coordinate with related parties to solve related credit policy, approval criteria, etc.

*** Qualification
• Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, management, marketing, finance, or other banking elated products.
• Chinese or Vietnamese with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Preferably HSK 5- 6) is required.
• 5 years&039; experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry.
