Relationship Management: Plan activities for customers/stakeholders (recruiting support, HR Committee, VIP club events, seminars, networking events
Government Affairs: Network with local authorities to support for company and customers’s business
CSR Activities: Assist in planning and executing CSR initiatives.
Customer Service Management:
- Interact and address customer needs.
- Update necessary information from authorities to customers
- Manage customer database.
- Support satisfaction surveys related to customers and local communities
Administrative Works: Contribute to smooth operations.

- Other language: Optional (chinese, korean, japanese if possible)
- B.A. degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, foreign economic relations or related field
- Intermediated English skill (including reading & writing email)
- Experience of networking with authorities/customers/stakeholders
- Experience of organizing events (company will provide learning course if necessary)
