Develop recommendations for continuous improvement of operational efficiency and support implementation.
Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and understand their needs in order to provide a high quality of service, under the guidance of more experienced members of the team.
Support the team leader in the delivery of relevant banking services to customers, in own coverage area to meet the department&039;s revenue targets.
Review financial models and research in order to develop a detailed understanding of the Bank’s customers and their business strategies.
Support more experienced members of the team by conducting operational activities in order to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
Collate information from customers in order to perform operational activities including but not limited to compliance checks and transaction processing.
Work in partnership with Credit on any credit issues associated with the deal.
Report to: Department Head
Work in partnership with Operations to ensure smooth processing of transactions
Work in partnership with Compliance to understand local regulations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.

Good understanding of local finance laws and regulations.
Good communication skills in English with the ability to influence others and sell products.
Detailed understanding of MUFG’s products and services.
At least 5 year RM experience in banking industry
Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively and courteously with others.
