Remote Business Systems Analyst (IT BA)

How will you make a difference?

Translate the requirements and solutions into functional specifications and solution designs.
Identify automation opportunities, analyze process issues and bottlenecks to recommend improvements.
Assist with project management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, write them into clear and well- structured requirements documents.
Proactively suggest improvements to optimize software performance and enhance user experience.
Involve in system implementation tasks like coding and testing.
Work closely with cross- functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
Assist to draft technical documents for system implementation.

Who we are looking for?

Great analytical, critical thinking and problem- solving abilities.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge in project management and software development methodologies.
Capable to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Three or more years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role with track record of successful application systems delivery.
Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge in programming language and frameworks such as C, Python, JavaScript, CSS3 will be an advantage.
