What you would handle:
Assist the IT team to develop EMVN CMS website (Content Management System): update or create new features to deliver new content, manage content on the system
Manage database for monitoring and operating system effectively
Support freelancer management for the ContentID and Digital Distribution teams.
Support handle inbound qualified leads, onboarding & support artists/ music labels.
Operate YouTube ContentID system (music assets + other issues: conflicts, overlaps, disputes)
Distribute and manage music on digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon,...)
Support clients’ requests about music copyright on Youtube ContentID + other digital platforms (via email, FB fanpage).
Who we are looking for:
Excellence in Vietnamese & English.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Economic, Law, or a related field.
Have at least 1 year experience in Music Copyright, Music Licensing, Customer Service, Client Relation is a plus
Have experience in Music Industry is a plus
