Remote Senior Backend Developer - NodeJS and PHP

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with over 5- 10 years of experience to join our team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems of our applications. You will work closely with cross- functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions using and PHP.

Take part of the core development team, designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems for our applications.
Optimizing application performance and scalability.
Collaborating with cross- functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Take ownership of your task and make suggestions and efforts to improve the existing stack.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshooting and debugging production issues.

Requirements:

Experience with containerization using Docker.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong learning ability, willing to learn new technologies and adapt
Proficient in writing efficient and optimized SQL queries.
IETLS score 6 or above or equivalent qualification
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experienced in PHP development.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
Proven track record of designing and developing high quality, scalable and secured backend systems.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Graduated from Computer Science or equivalent qualification
Strong Proficient in Node.js.

Nice to have:

Experience in Nest.js is a plus
Experience in React.js / Next.js is a plus
10 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer is a plus
