Reporting and Tax Team Leader (General Accountant)

Main role:

Coaching/ Training for team member’s development.
Responsible for over- all company Financial Reporting and Tax. Act as internal advisor for Reporting and Tax matters.
Manage CAPEX and Fixed Assets.

Detail Job:

Review monthly Tax report and declaration. Follow up on VAT refund.
Perform task upon manager&039;s requests and monitor, control works of Team member.
Manage & formalize internal Accounting & Reporting policies.
In- charge of annual stock count.
Manage CAPEX and capitalization process. Manage Fixed Assets (both value & physical).
Manage costing and inventory.
Prepare monthly Financial Statement reporting and other Statutory reports.
Update new standard /policies of Accounting and Tax. Advise on Accounting and Tax matters.
In charge of Accounting Information system.
Support annual external Financial Statement audit, Tax audit, Customs audit (if any).
Prepare daily finished goods report.

Compliance with VAS and regulations.

Tax ‐ Review and Optimize Tax (VAT, CIT, WHT, PIT)

Education

ACCA/ CPA and Chief Accountant Certificate is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing.

Experience

Accounting Information system (i.e., SAP, Oracle, FAST…).
5 years of working experience on Accounting and Tax.
Reporting preparation, Tax refund, review General ledger, Costing.
Working with Auditors, Tax, Custom.

Knowledge: VAS, Accounting & Reporting Standard, Tax
Skills

Problem solving.
Team management.
Proficiency in English and in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Communication and management skills.
