Reporting Specialist

Objective:
The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights to support business decision- making. The role involves creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to ensure stakeholders have accurate, timely, and meaningful information. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis

Identify key metrics and track business performance against goals
Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.

Reporting and Visualization:

Prepare recurring reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support business operations.
Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data effectively.
Create ad- hoc reports in response to management requests.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reports and dashboards.

Process Improve and Efficiency

Work with cross- functional team to develop scripts or processes to automate data extraction, reporting, and visualization.
Identify opportunities for improving data workflows and reporting efficiency.

Work Experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science or related field
3- 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles

Knowledges & Competency

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Knowledge of Healthcare environment is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with an eye for detail.
Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
