RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (R&D) EXECUTIVE

A Research and Development of Packaging (R&D) executive is role plays a crucial part in driving innovation, product development, and new packaging. Here are key responsibilities and characteristics associated with the role of an R&D executive:

Subject to the mobilization and arrangement of work by upper management in accordance with the workload required from other departments.
Evaluate conformity and make suggestions for size adjustments during product manufacturing.
Calculate and propose new packaging sizes (color bags, cartons, etc.) in accordance with product sizes as requested by the MKT department.
Check and evaluate other auxiliary materials.
Participate in size confirmation in the bag and carton design process for new products.

Working conditions:
- Workplace: Lot A1- 6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).
- Working hour: 08:00- 17:00 (Monday- Saturday).

• Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills, as well as strong communication, conviction skills, Problem- solving skills, Project management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience & knowledge food industry as rproduction process.
• Knowledge FDA regulations, laboratory practices, chemistry, microbiology, statistics, technical audit, SAP, QMS, NGMP, costing awareness.
• Background in Food Technology or Biotechnology.
