Research Engineer

The Chemist will be responsible for:
• Design and execute lab/pilot scale projects
• Experimental data collection, data analysis, and compose appropriate recommendation
• Manage lab equipment: ensure all lab equipment in good working condition
• Manage lab chemicals and consumable inventory
Collaborate with process engineering and production for plant trials
Support production team for solving technical problems
Maintain detailed, accurate, legible records of all experiments, and graph all relevant trend data along with the appropriate controls and blanks
Manage all instruments and equipment in excellent condition, keep all work areas neat and clean, and follow all safety procedures without exception
Actively research applicable technologies and synthesize into improvement initiatives
Design and perform experiment in R&D Laboratory
Perform Research project for process optimization, cost-saving.
Summaries and analyze experimental data, make recommendation on next steps
Perform product development, product optimization

Knowledge:
+ Bachelor of Chemical Engineering or equivalent
+ Strong chemical analysis and experimentation knowledge.
+ Excellent understanding about chemistry and chemical engineering
Experienced:
+ Have 3-5 years of experienced in related position.
Skill:
+ Practical experiments and data analysis
+ Strong reporting and computer skills, fluent in MS package
+ Teamwork/team player
