Research Project Manager / Business Development Manager (Online Survey, Y9299)

Our client is a foreign invested agency, now looking for a Research Project Manager / Business Development Manager in Ho Chi Minh:

Manage the cost and finance of project
Identify, meet new customers and convert them into accounts
Give guideline on research design, questionnaire structure and sample design to clients, customer service and project team.
In charge of managing about sales, client accounts and research projects
Consult the panel management team.
RFQ management with mainly regional and international sample only clients and the rest - research clients.
Fieldwork vendor management
Working directlly with Managing Director to plan and strategy account management
Project management and client service management
​​​​​Work closely with all departments to achieve best solutions and service for company’s clients

Fluent in English
Proficient using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in using Excel for database management
Experience using the online survey platform
5 years of sales, account management experience
7-10 years of experience, preferably in online market research agency, digital marketing or complex project management
Male/Female; under 40 years old
