Research Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for managing assigned projects to ensure the best quality of service delivery and client happiness through smooth team operation and project optimization.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Independently set up & manage assigned projects. Quality control of the research process and output deliverables.
Identify client needs, and draft project briefs to collect and optimize data for research projects.
Other tasks assigned by Research Leader/Manager.
Make sure the reports are on schedule; the quality of the report is in accordance with the company&039;s standards and client requirements.
Provide in- depth market analysis- Markets, Consumers, Campaign.
Put effort into ensuring multi projects are within set deadlines & time budgets.
Be responsible for data checking, interpreting data, and providing feedback to clients.
Summarize data for the production of tables, charts, and graphs.
Write/ develop reports and documents containing actionable recommendations and attend client ‘s presentations.
Regular & timely correspondence on clients’ inquiries and maintaining relationships with clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
English proficiency, especially in developing reports.
Strong project management skills.
Strong sense of client service.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Be enthusiastic about social media empowerment and its possibilities to build strong brand propositions.
Good analytical and report- writing
Able to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
Having experience in social listening is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in a research/insight role or related position.
Proficient in office informatics, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Trend catching.
Working at an agency is a plus.
Be convenient for analyzing a variety of data types (number, text, image…) analysis.
