Reservation and Customer Services - 8-month contract

Responsibilities

Providing customers with accurate and up- to- date information on cargo shipments, flight schedules, and relevant assistance and guidance.
Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate cargo handling, shipment tracking, and documentation requirements to meet customer needs.
Resolving customer complaints, issues, and escalations related to cargo services in a professional and customer- focused manner.
Prepare Cargo Loading Plan for flights and coordination with Space Control and Operation team to maximize capacity and loading.
Tracking shipments from start to finish to avoid errors proactively and promptly resolving any issues that may arise.
Coordination with Space Control & Sales for booking orientation & handle reservation
Compliance with Principle’ Manual & circulars to ensure cargo bookings are in line with regulation, policies.
Represen EY Airline to recieve booking from customers.
AWB stock control.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Managing customer records, cargo manifests, and reservation systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with Principal Airlines standards.
Working at: Chamvit Tower | 117 Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay, Ha Noi.
Working with agents to ensure shipments are checked in warehouse in “ready for carriage” condition.

Qualifications

Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fresher/newly- graduate or 1 year of experience in Aviation/GSA/Air Forwarder.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be willing to work overtime and follow the airline&039;s work schedule.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Good in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade or College of Foreign Trade Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain.
Prefer candidates who have knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo Basic.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
