Reservation Officer (Nhân Viên Đặt Phòng)

• Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
• Well use the property management systems (PMS)
• Maintain current filing system and prepare reports if required
• Perform administrative jobs for the department if required
• Answer guest inquiries pertaining hotel facilities and services, and other related information
• Respond to all reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times
• Assist and prepare in groups pre- arrival process and also preparing group rooming lists
• Perform other duties as assigned by DOSM
• Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms, rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities and services
• Conduct site- inspections as required

• Good command in both speaking and writing in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and property management systems
• Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
• Good customer service skills
• Minimum 1- year experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
