Reservation Supervisor - Giám Sát Đặt Phòng

Assist in any other tasks assigned by the management.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain frequent and open communications with Sales Managers
Responsible for inventory in the absence of Revenue Management Manager
Perform reservations procedures
Submit the reports in a timely manner.
Maintain customer profile and customer files
Ensure all reservations are entered accurately and updates are maintained consistently
Provide timely flow of information in accordance with the required sales administration process

• Ability to work well in stressful & high- pressure situations
• Literacy in software applications, preferably in travel and hospitality operating software
• Bachelor&039;s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years in the hospitality industry, preferably in the Reservations Dept. or Sales Department
• Detail- oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow- through
