Reservation Supervisor (Giám Sát Đặt Phòng)

Conduct site- inspections as required
Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms, rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities and services
Perform administrative jobs for the department if required
Answer guest inquiries pertaining hotel facilities and services, and other related information
Assist and prepare in groups pre- arrival process and also preparing group rooming lists
Respond to all reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times
Ensure the reservation department is constantly aware of availability states open, on request, closed dates, high demand dates, etc
Maintain current filing system and prepare reports if required
Perform other duties as assigned by DOSM
Well use the property management systems (PMS)

Good command in both speaking and writing in English
Minimum 1- year experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
Good customer service skills
Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft software and property management systems
