Print deposit activity report and follow up payment.
Adopt a sales attitude and maximize room sales, spa sales and F&B sales for all properties.

2 Retrieve GDS, BT websites and 3rd parties&039; websites bookings at least 3 times a day.
Print Reservations Trace report and follow up.
Adhere to availability and rate/plan controls.
Adhere to company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received.
Input all reservations accurately, in a timely manner and file all correspondences systematically.
Reply all incoming emails within 24 hours.
Print 6 months detailed availability chart and send to all RMO offices in Excel format.
Print to file and send 6 months history and forecast reports (include tentative and exclude tentative) in Text and PDF format to Singapore Head Office Revenue team.
