Resource Material Planner

Responsible for controlling call-off material and ensures availability of materials CULINARY group to fulfill the requirements of the production plans within the agreed cost boundaries.
INBOUND MATERIALS MANAGEMENT
1. Create an optimized replenishment plan for all raw materials of CUL over 18 months that ensures supply of material to production whilst ensuring the working capital target. Identification of practical issues concerning material supply and demand for raw and packaging material.
2. Identification of possible opportunities for the factory within the coming 18 month horizon Identification of possible problem for the factory within the coming 18 months horizon
3. Monitor daily actual production outputs by DOR and system also. Measure the achievement / attainment to get the customer satisfaction (internal customer). Foresee any issue concerned within DPS period effect to Master Production Schedule Attainment (MSA), update to related Dept. and seek the problem solving that takes into consider MSA and utilize resources
4. Monitor supply signals through MRP purchase requisition to ensure delivery dates, lead times and required quantities are correct and finally creating purchase orders and ensure their fulfillment by supplier.
5. Call-off material and manage directly with the defined supplier the delivery of materials: this includes creating, sending, confirming, receiving, investigating errors and discrepancies on blocked or parked invoice lines and handling all exceptions / issues in those operations, including claim management.
6. Collaborate with Quality Management and Corporate Purchasing to evaluate supplier performance
Ensure the effective execution of the operation buyer team in line with Nestle Standards and Purchasing policies
7. Cooperate with cross function to ensure supply daily, given ideas and set up improvement projects to improve TDC, process or departments.
8. Support and comply to the factory activities and others assignment

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain Management or related fields; with 3 years experience in production planning;
Intermediate English Level.
