- Promote and upsell menu items to maximize revenue while delivering personalized guest experiences.
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Handle guest feedback professionally, ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), and oversee outlet operations in the absence of management.
- Coordinate opening and closing duties to ensure the outlet is fully prepared and operating according to standards.
- Supervise and support junior team members and casual staff to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Manage reservations, take food and beverage orders, and ensure all services meet departmental standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
