- Effectively lead the staff, contribute to building and maintaining a professional and friendly working environment.
- Handle situations that occur in the restaurant, bar, kitchen and answer questions and complaints from customers.
- Other tasks as required.
- Advise the Board of Directors on plans/programs, marketing and promotional policies to improve operational efficiency and promote the image of the Restaurant.
- Ensure that service standards are always maintained well, customers always receive the most complete experience when coming to the Restaurant.
- Manage and be responsible for the daily operations of the Restaurant.
- Manage and control costs, revenue, and profits of the Restaurant.
- Plan business strategies for the Restaurant.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Honest, careful, good presentation skills, negotiation, persuasion, planning and organizing skills to effectively carry out work.
- Good- looking appearance, good organizational and problem- solving skills, negotiation skills and detail orientation.
- University degree or certificate in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related fields.
- Has extensive knowledge in the F&B field, can train a team and has good organizational skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good skills in Customer Service and Public Relations.
- Ability to work independently, analyze and resolve problems and conflicts.
