Restaurant Manager- Facilities, Shifts, Operations
Hub Hoi An is seeking a talented F&B Manager to lead our healthy cafe concept and support operations and facility management in our other business units. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for healthy food, facility/maintenance management experience and people skills. If you have experience in F&B operations, facility management, staff training, and maybe even inventory management, we&039;d love to have you on board!
Responsibilities
If necessary, work hands- on on all types of F&B tasks
Phase 2: Launch and Manage Nature- View Healthy Cafe (F&B Unit)
Oversee inventory management
Help with paperwork, accounting, SOPs
Work with owner and contractors to simplify shift management and other operations
Support the general manager operationally in other business units
Prepare and build nature- view cafe seating layout (with owner and maybe designer)
Hire Chef, create menu for healthy bowl concept (pokebowl, buddha bowl)
Responsible for F&B SOPs, F&B quality control
Manage cleaning, security and maintenance staff, QA and their shifts
Work with contractors and staff to improve facilities, garden, etc in all business areas
Hire, train & manage F&B staff
Identify facility issues and work with the operations team to resolve them
Phase 1: Focus on facilities and basic F&B/cleaning/operations in all business unit
Requirements
Ability to continuously improve efficiency and optimize processes
Experience leading staff, ideally small business (F&B or hospitality) staff
Strong skills in inventory management, quality control, and operational excellence
Confident being responsible for well- maintained facilities, working with contractors for any maintenance work.
Notice & solve problems proactively and independently
Speak some English (ideally fluent)
Highly organized for your own tasks & your team&039;s tasks
Experience working closely with staff: training, assigning tasks, listening, following- up, etc.
