Restaurant Manager

Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Other tasks assigned by FB Manager
Manage restaurant and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards,
Report ion management regarding sales results and productivity
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Lead restaurant’s team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Up selling food and beverage & other hotel service to increase hotel revenue
Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures.
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer services

Must be well to solve guest complain and all situation.
Must have good knowledge and understanding of all hotel’s policies and procedures.
Good spoken and written English, a third language will be an advantage.
Must have good knowledge of all the hotel emergency procedures.
Must have good knowledge of all facilities and their operation hours in the hotel.
Be able to work long hours and shift whenever needed.
Good supervision, leadership and communication skills.
