Responsibilities:
Ensure high- quality customer service and resolve customer complaints
Organize community meal events
Help build out nature- centric seating arrangement, &039;zen&039; theme, and healthy menu
Support with maintenance of the facilities (coordinate with contractors, etc.)
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including developing SOPs for staff
Implement POS with support of owner and train staff
Support general manager with some financial aspects; responsible for F&B profit
Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Create and use an inventory management system, responsible for sourcing supplies
KPIs: customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction, profit (in 3 areas)
Later: work on expanding the same concept or new F&B concepts in Hoi An/Da Nang
Work on marketing (optionally with support of freelancers)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Big plus if you have started a business or new business unit from scratch
Preferred: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Experience in menu development (a plus)
Application must be presented in English version
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast- paced environment
Don&039;t mind working hands- on in all areas of the business (front & back of house)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate staff
Excellent communication skills, especially listening, giving feedback, and empathy
