Restaurant Manager

Conduct on- the- job training to motivate and build team members’ skills
Review, revise and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet the changing needs of restaurant operations
Ensure restaurant meets monthly sales targets, goals and objectives
Other ad- hoc operational duties as and when assigned
Manage staff’ onboarding, performance, conflict and/or discipline matters
Perform regular inventory checks
Ensure staff understand and adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines set by the Company
Plan and update staff roster timely
Responsible for day- to- day restaurant operations with responsibilities involving sales, service, staff management and customer handling

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Diploma in Restaurant Operations or equivalent with at least 3- 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
REQUIREMENTS

Able to work independently and take initiatives
Able to remain calm and composed in a hectic and fast- paced environment
Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
Native Vietnamese with an excellent command of English
Friendly and customer service oriented
Passionate to serve and have a strong passion for the F&B industry
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), POS System and reservation platforms
Good problem solving skill
