Retail Executive – VM (ELEMIS)

Assist Brand manager in preparing annual report (of sales) and set up goals to increase the activity’s efficiency of the assigned brand
Prepare weekly and monthly report based on brand’s criteria, analyse effectively every activities of each brand
Monitor the sales report of every stores
Produce and implement a calendar of merchandising activity in line with overall marketing plans to support new product launches with products displays in key stores where appropriate
Prepare the necessary work for purchasing product every season of the assigned brand
Review product selection and imagery for online retailers, sending updates where necessary.
Analyse inventory data as well as the sales data to build sale- pushing plan for each stores. Organise inventory rotation among the stores
Monitor the work related to inventory, internal rotation as well as received inventory from brands
Supervise the brand’s product delivery process and keep track the payment for every shipments of assigned brands
Manage the design, production and implementation of signage in store to include seasonal and new launch updates
Finish other objectives while working at the Sales department

Have at least one year of experience in Sales area
Good at communication
Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office software
Hard- working, diligent, agile
Can work with analysing data
Can handle work pressure and know how to prioritise the assigned tasks
Good at English (Writing and Reading)

Salary: 13,000,000 – 16,000,000 + Allowances

Working time: Monday to Friday (8:30AM- 5:30PM)
Working location: Level 8, Parkson Paragon Building, 03 Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu Ward, District 7
