JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Retail Management Administrator

Keppel Land is the property arm of Keppel Corporation, a multi-business company providing solutions for sustainable urbanization.
AIM OF THE JOB:
To assist the Manager in supervision of receipt processing and administration for the department.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
* Department administration
-Filing & keep track of all documentations
-Booking and arrangement of transport, accommodation, and air tickets
-Prepare meeting agenda and follow up on meeting minutes
-Coordinate appointments, meetings, visits
-Process home trips/business/medical/business related claims, travelling authorization
* Leasing administration
-Manage SOP (key in tenants’ database, purchasers’ particulars, and property details) and ensure all information details are properly and orderly input into the system
-Prepare all legal documents including LOO, TA, liquidation agreement, short-term lease, signage agreement etc..
-Chase outstanding debut to the tenants directly
-Make all refunding deposit process
Update monthly mall report
-Follow up payment for contractors and suppliers
-Keep track/manage inventory of sales brochures
-Put and summarize new prospects into waiting list
* Receipt processing supervision
-Ensuring receipts captured in Rewards+ system are processed timely and accurately on a daily basis
-Assisting the part-timer team to process and approve receipts
-Updating the receipts rules guideline as and when required on the job
-To assist the Manager in managing a team of part-time receipts processing staff
-Reviewing suspicious cases of fraud and alerting the Manager to any issues arising out the above daily tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Positive working character with a Growth mindset and a good team worker
Honesty and Integrity is a must.
Proficiency in using MS Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A good working attitude with a keen interest to learn and suggest new ways of improvements
Minimum High School and above
A good customer-service working or Administration experience is preferred.
