RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Program Coordination: Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine and implement sales programs and initiatives that align with the brand&039;s growth objectives.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing department to implement effective in- store promotions and brand initiatives that attract and retain customers.
Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive retail strategies that elevate the customer experience and drive sales growth.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to inform dynamic pricing strategies and optimal product placement, enhancing store performance.
Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and support to store managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence in sales and customer service.
Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory levels across stores, ensuring products are well- stocked, organized, and accessible to meet consumer demand.
Retail Operations Management: Oversee day- to- day operations of all retail stores, ensuring compliance with sales and operational targets.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future demand, and establish realistic sales goals to guide store performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge in interior, furniture, or design is preferred, enhancing the ability to contribute to store layout, visual merchandising, and overall customer experience.
At least 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and with business partners.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in training and staff development.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and travel between store locations as required.
Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market research, and setting sales goals based on data- driven insights.
Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems, and e- commerce platforms.
Experience working with marketing teams to drive promotions and enhance brand visibility.
Experience with inventory management and an understanding of supply chain logistics.
Strong ability to develop and implement retail strategies that improve customer experience and drive sales.
