Drive sustainable Sales growth
for assigned fashion retail locations
- Collaborate with departments such as Product Merchandizing, Brand Marketing and Clientele Developments to devise sales strategy and plans, propose, and implement action plans to improve sales and profitability across luxury store locations.
- Role- model and champion excellent luxury customer service culture across stores, making proposals to enhance the retention of existing customers and develop potential new customer bases.
- Take full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) of the assigned stores.
- Monitor and report sales figures, customer metrics on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Manage effective Merchandise & Inventory Management in the stores
- Inspect and monitor to ensure that stores conduct monthly inventory checks according to company regulations.
- Manage and control all aspects of inventory management, ensuring compliance with procedures and guidelines to achieve target stock levels and minimize losses.
- Ensure proper storage and rational arrangement of goods in the BOH (Back of House) in partnership with Operations Manager
- Optimize product displays to meet brand visual merchandizing standards and enhance product presentation.
- Participate in planning merchandise purchases based on deep understanding about customer demands and trends.
Lead Excellent Store Operations
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to execute excellent Store operational standards.
- Conduct frequent evaluations and coaching sessions to ensure staff conducts, service behaviors and store images align with company and brand regulations.
- Lead after sales services to meet luxury services standards.
- Ensure Store Managers/ Retail Managers implement and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists.
- Monitor and supervise store compliance with regulations related to hygiene and occupational safety. Check the necessary supplies (tea, snacks, sweets, etc.) to serve VIC customers.
- Ensure stores adhere to BOH procedures and rules according to brand standards and company regulations.
- Collaborate with the management of the shopping center for key activities implementation on the floor.
- Ensure excellent Visual Merchandizing execution on the floor following both DAFC and brand standards.
Lead and Develop Sales and VM team
- Develop highly engaged, customer- centric and result- oriented sales team.
- Provide product knowledge training in partnership with Brand principals.
- Propose sales commission and incentive schemes to motivate store teams to achieve the budget.
- Set performance objective, KPIs and career development plans for sales team.
- Provide management skills training for the store management team.
- Build best practice sharing culture, promote and recognize key talents in the team.
- Develop training programs including service behaviors, selling skills and soft skills in partnership with Learning and Development team to elevate excellent customers engagement on the floor
- Recruit, train and develop a strong and sustainable talent pools.
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Inventory Management and Store Compliance teams to conduct proper store audits following company regulations.
- Actively contribute new ideas, initinitatives and closely collaborate with and support Corporate and Brand Marketing departments to implement Marketing activities to drive sales and customer services (new customer expansion, existing customer retention, silent customers waking up)
- Proactively monitor and survey retail market trends, competitions to provide prompt commercial and sales plan.
- Participate in new project development where appropriate like introducing new brands, building new stores or renovate existing stores.
