RESPONSIBLITIES1/ Event Planning:
- Assist manager in planning event calendar for the year in partnership with brands
- Assist manager in planning and executing product launches, tastings and promotional events.
- Host event and capture photos and/or videos of the event
- Create event checklist with summary of event details + task breakdown
- Create MKT materials for events and/or content to promote events
- Arrange POSM, decorate, and bottle display + delivery / pickup
- Set up the venue on the event day
POSM:
- Arrange delivery and pickup of POSM as needed / repair for damaged POSM
- Arrange for samples to be produced and QC with the manager
- QC all POSM after production and ensure it meets company standard
- Manage POSM inventory and control in- flow and outflow with warehouse
- Arrange supplier payments, obtain VAT invoices and submit them to the manager
- Source suppliers for POSM and prepare quotations and contracts
Social Media:
- Develop email marketing campaigns for customer retention and new product announcements.
- Plan social posts following social media plan and work with design team on image content
- Plan video shoots / photoshoots to create engaging content and promote events
- Create event recap captions and video or image content
- Translate content for MKT materials and collaborate with design team to create new materials
- Assist manager in creating a social media plan for the year
- Track social media engagement and provide quarterly reports with insights
Website Content & E- commerce Optimization:
- Track which online promotions and content drive the most engagement and sales
- Manage online promotional calendars and seasonal campaign content
- Update product listings, pricing, and inventory in real- time
- Create compelling product descriptions
- Coordinate with suppliers on digital promotional materials and product imagery
Flexibility & Availability:
- Adapt to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work weekends and late hours as required.
Performance Evaluation:
- Working time: You will be required to work a maximum of 48 hours per week. You will also be expected to work local public holidays, as required by business need from time to time. Specific working schedule: will be advised by the manager when you start working at Mercantile Fine Drinks.
- Demonstrate full capabilities within two months post- probation for potential salary review.
PERSONAL SPECS
Having a background in Marketing / PR / Event Management major.
- Prepare a clear marketing plan after the probation period (2 months).
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Working shifts: 9am- 6pm, 10am- 7pm, 1pm- 10pm.
- Weekly day off 1 day.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
WORKING TIME & ALLOWANCES PER MONTH (VND)
- Having work experience in Marketing / Retail Sales is a plus.
- Holidays: In accordance with the Labor Code.
- Advanced of English written and spoken.
- Handle multiple tasks.
- Monthly allowance:
+Phone & Transportation allowance VND1,000,000 per month, claimable with VAT invoices.
+ Meal allowance shall be VND720,000 per month.
