Summary:
The Store Activation Team Leader is responsible for leading integrated nationwide campaigns (LTOs, brand, thematic campaigns) to achieve revenue targets within the approved budget. This role focuses on both in- store and out- of- store activities, ensuring performance marketing aligns with brand objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
Nationwide Campaign Planning
Propose and obtain ROI approval from the finance team to ensure financial viability.
Collaborate with Product and Demand Planning teams for S&OP forecasting, including monthly and bi- monthly tracking of campaign performance.
Conduct performance marketing planning with agencies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Work with Local Store Marketing, Store Operations, and Product teams to align on activity mechanics, investment, execution, and key messaging in stores.
Effectively control the budget to ensure all activities remain within financial parameters.
Nationwide Campaign Execution
Review forecasts bi- monthly with Product and Demand Planning teams to adjust the plans and resource allocation based on real- time performance data and market feedback.
Follow up with performance marketing and media agencies to monitor campaign progress, optimize performance, and address any issues that arise during execution.
Work closely with the Local Store Marketing team to ensure successful execution of nationwide campaigns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Lead communications with Store Operations, Local Store Marketing, and Product teams during the campaign period to ensure alignment on campaign goals, execution timelines, and any operational adjustments required.
Conduct post- campaign evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the execution and gather insights for future campaigns.
Annual Planning Support
Assist the Senior Manager in proposing an integrated marketing plan, including activities based on product campaign launches (online, offline, AC Builder, flash sales, etc.).
Compile relevant data and market insights to support the proposal of the annual plan.
