- Observation of the activities of competitors; collect data to make up- to- date information available on the activities of competitors
- Present Monthly Plan to Store managers, Store management
- Present Yearly & Quarter Plan to BOD for approve
Supplier Management
- Prepare Report for "Product Meeting"
- Negotiation; Item Select, Promotion, BSC Condition
- Communicate with supplier to guarantee smooth operation and invoice checking
- Searching for New Supplier and analyzing new suppliers (Manufacturer & Vendor)
- Sourcing factory and Suppliers
- Sharing Negotiations result; Reporting, Summarize, Meeting
Sales and Operation
- Plan for seasonal promotion and event
- Running Sales Promotion / Event
- Store visting and Checking the Display Situation
- Running Renovation / New Store (Supplier Arrange, Coordination of Deps...)
- Maintain Assortment and Replacement
- Floor planning for planogram
Product Development
- Propose idea for product development
Compliance
- Check Branding Effect of each Product
- Keep Transparent and Trustful Transaction
- Check official requirement for sales (License, copy right)
- Document Control (check supplier&039;s document also)

- English skill (Daily communication)
- Deep thinking of customer insight
- 2+ years of experience a similar role in Retail industry
- Attention to Customer demands
- Innovative, possess the ability to problem- solve, and work well within a team
- Have knowledge in Product Development is a plus.
