Retail Operation Executive

Joining the Retail Weekly meeting to take Meeting minutes, following up on status, and updating the Line managers.
Can take care of Store as a Store Manager in short- term.
Providing Stationary/Uniform, Shopping bag and Control Assets Inventory among the stores.
Handle other administrative tasks related to the Retail side as requested.
Maintaining and updating sales numbers, compiling daily, monthly & quarterly sales reports, and providing other requested reports (Traffic, AOV, conversion rate).
Represent the Retail team in collaboration with the Accountant team to perform regular inventory checks.
Handling all paperwork for Retail Team and all stores, activations, events: Including contracting, Payment request, Liquidation contract, Monthly Proposals...
Supporting business travel, and internal events, and managing the work schedule of the Line Managers.
Checking Timesheets and commissions for the Store Team.

Data / number analysis, excellent in excel, power point and time & project management.
Be a good communicator, verbally and in writing in both Vietnamese and English.
At least 1- 2 years experience in a similar position.
College / Bachelor degree or relevant experience.
Detail oriented, patient, careful, well organized.
Customer service mindset.
