Retail Operation Manager

• Uphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines
• Supervise employees, providing coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity and increase sales
• Analyze and predict sales, and sale trends to make informed decisions
• Conduct discipline, coaching, and, when necessary, termination of employees
• Train, manage, and regularly evaluate staff performance
• Manage all store operations and delegate responsibilities
• Address customer complaints/feedback in a professional manner
• Protect against loss by monitoring security, training staff and maintaining security cameras
• Maintain current knowledge of market/trends
• Set and monitor store&039;s budget, making every effort to maximize efficiency and profits
• Plan and execute specials and promos, including year- end clearance sales
• Manage appropriate levels of stock and purchases while staying on budget
• Recruit and hire new employees

• Strong communications in English, Vietnamese and other language skills can help
• Strong working knowledge of management best practices
• Exceptional organization, strategic planning, and leadership skills
• Previous history as retail manager or in other managerial position
• Computer skills, including retail management software
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• B.S./B.A. in business, marketing, sales or relevant field;
• Strong style sense and an eye for merchandising
• Familiarity with data analysis and customer traffic principles
