Retail Operations Manager

YOUR MISSION
You are a key leader in advancing CareAce’s mission to reinvent the pharmacy experience. This role goes beyond logistics, focusing on people, customers, and systems. You’ll lead and empower store teams to deliver excellent service and operations, creating a trusted environment for informed health choices. Through strategic planning and continuous improvement, you’ll turn vision into real- world results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Operations Strategy: Lead the development and execution of CareAce’s strategy across store formats, ensuring standardized SOPs, optimized customer journeys, and scalable performance systems in alignment with business growth plans.
Store Expansion: Oversee new store openings, develop scalable operational models, refine CareAce’s concept, and provide insights for site selection and compliance audits.
Customer Experience Excellence: Enhance customer experience by mapping journeys, setting service standards, gathering feedback, and collaborating with marketing and store teams to execute effective merchandising and campaigns.
Operational Efficiency: Standardize procedures for inventory, staffing, cash handling, and visual merchandising to optimize efficiency, cost control, and in- store experience with loss prevention protocols.
Team Development: Lead a high- performing retail team through structured training, career progression frameworks, and performance evaluations, fostering collaboration between retail and health advisory teams.
Data- Driven Operations: Use data analytics to track KPIs, develop SOPs, create reporting dashboards, and address performance gaps while collaborating with Finance for budget management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields. MBA, Master Degree or Advanced degree preferred.
Experience in premium retail environments (high- end retail chains, specialty stores, or luxury brands)
Minimum 7- 10 years of progressive retail operations experience
Familiarity with CRM, POS, store audit tools
Background in health, wellness, or beauty retail is advantageous but not essential
At least 3- 5 years in a management role overseeing multiple store locations
Proven track record of operational efficiency, driving sales growth and team performance
