Retail Project Planner

JOB PURPOSE OR SUMMARY
Plan, manage, track performance and report Project activities for Retail, related to:

Adjust & Implementation relayout at pharmacies
Special projects in some related pharmacies
Pharmacy open and closure

Manage official Information channel to National Pharmacies: ensure all information to stores for execution is comprehensive, is approved – well prepared and well installed by related levels and departments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning with related Department & Manage relayout at Pharmacies:

Coordinate with related Departments (Retail/ POG/ SC/ Project/ Legal..) to plan and relayout at Pharmacies
Support Pharmacies to prepare and implement relayout as schedule
Responsible for fully finishing relayout work at Pharmacies
Conduct survey and report tracking performance/ result of all Projects
Follow up on Pharmacies’ performance after relayout, coordinate with Store Manager/ ASM to increase revenue

Coordinate with related Departments to MKT/ Training all innovation to Pharmacists.
Others:

Plan the meeting as requested by Line Manager
Lead new projects as requested by Line Manager

Good at English
Bachelor’s degree
Office (word, excel, power- point)
Good communication skills
Honest, Active, Innovative, Logic
2 years of experience in related positions, experience at a Retail Chain is a plus.
Able to work under pressure, detail- orientated
Good Teamwork & Independent work
