The Retail Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the company’s products and/or development processes.
*** Responsibilities:
•Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
•Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
•Supervising and inspecting QA/QC quality from in house production and sourcing goods: Checking golden samples, PP samples, in-line checking.
•Coordinate with related departments to develop new products, build BOM for products
•Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA/QC team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
•Coordinates product testing processes.
•Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
•Reviews suppliers, and end users claim and feedback.
•Maintains compliance with local, and company regulations, guidelines, and policies.

*** Requirements and skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related majors
•03 years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience a plus.
•Knowledgeable of different QC tools and methodologies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Familiar with ISO and others standards and quality management system.
•Experience in quality assurance system, leadership, handling of customer complaint; Experience in measuring instruments, SPC, SWOT- Analysis
•Demonstrated working knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma principles, rules, systems and tools with experience supporting improvement activities.
