Retail Regions Leader

In- Store Communication and Displays
Responsible in monitoring key strategy segment.
Ensures execution of retail store guidelines.
Review / deliver feedback market information to the manager to improve performance per region
Monitors & analyzes sell- out data. Maintains and analyzes critical sales & retail KPI scorecards/dashboard to understand trend.
Distribution and Visibility Strategy. Develops retail index standards together with product managers in order to guide the sales team on distribution and visibility competitiveness.
Overall Management and Leadership of the Retail Operations Team
Lead in ensuring quality, timeliness, and consistent execution in all channels across all retail touch points. Ensure flawless delivery of TCL Retail Projects.
Develop optimal coverage plan/working plan for team
Overall responsible in achieving sell- out targets.
Monitor and ensure achievement of in- store share and display share targets per store.
Sell- out Target Setting in detail per region/ per store
RMCE meeting to align objective of team (Initiative, update status, market insight)

Participate in training course in foreign country.
Good analytical and data processing skills in sales and trade marketing management
The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher
Participate in company activity (team building, YEP, Company trip... )
